Campaign Feasibility Assessment Committee

The Campaign Feasibility Assessment Committee continued with the process of identifying and vetting a firm to assist with the campaign. The committee has selected Alexander Haas as fundraising counsel for the Campaign Feasibility and Readiness Assessment study. Alexander Haas is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Marketing and Branding Intelligence Committee

The Marketing and Branding Intelligence Committee has begun the communications audit and the university’s brand assessment is underway. Focus groups will begin convening next week. Our vendor for the process, Zone 5, will be on campus for the discovery visit.

Student Career Resources Committee

The Student Career Resources Committee has begun looking into all that we offer in our Office of Career Services, successes and possible opportunities. The committee is also looking at ways to measure success as well as best practices from various universities across the country.

Student Leadership Development Committee

The Student Leadership Development Committee is working on reviewing the university’s leadership programs for undergraduate and graduate students. A subcommittee is being formed with representatives from academia and student affairs to establish a leadership model for a comprehensive leadership program.

Information Technology Committee

The Information Technology Committee continues its work toward understanding the current IT landscape for the university. The IT architect from Lockheed Martin has been on campus to help with assessments.
